The resort had a prime location with stunning views. The property was pristine and well-maintained. The private parking lot was a plus point.
The noise level from other apartments was unbearable. It deterred us from getting a good night's sleep.

Had a fun-filled New Year's holiday at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and offered great views of the surrounding area. The location was perfect, with easy access to cafes and restaurants, and just a short walk away from the beach. One thing I enjoyed was the easy access to the building's elevator, which made it easy to get around.
Some things could have been better. The kitchen was not adequately equipped with cutlery, making it difficult to cook meals for our group. Additionally, we had some issues with cleanliness in the rooms upon arrival. I think there is room for improvement in these areas.

Upon entering, I was blown away by the luxurious amenities provided by this hotel. the location was convenient, with walking distance to nearby restaurants and the beach. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were exceptional, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Not to mention, the private facilities were truly exclusive, making me feel like a VIP.
The only minor issue I had was with the lack of kitchen cutlery, but this was not a big problem for our group of six. this hotel exceeded my expectations, from the location advantages to the exclusive room benefits.

The resort had an amazing location with easy access to Surfers Paradise and water views. the quiet residential area was a bonus. Rooms were spacious with great views. Service was satisfactory.
Some basic amenities were missing, like bathmats and face washers, and we had to ask for additional toilet paper multiple times.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. One of the best aspects was the location in a quiet residential area with water views, but still close to everything in the city centre. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
